Healing Touch: Is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that uses gentle, non-invasive techniques to balance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Techniques include light touch, to no touch energy clearing, and chakra balancing, complemented by client communication, education, and integration with other therapies.
Shamanic Reiki: Merges traditional Reiki with shamanic practices. Reiki channels universal life energy to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit, while shamanic practices like journeying, working with spirit guides, and rituals enhance this process for a comprehensive healing experience.
Trauma-Informed, Accessible, Adaptive, and Size-Inclusive Restorative & Chair Yoga: Provides a safe, supportive environment with a focus on inclusivity. Size-inclusivity celebrates diverse body sizes, emphasizing functional aspects of yoga.

Mandalas are found in nature and throughout the world. In these workshops we explore and learn all things, mandala. No experience of art making is required to enjoy this relaxing, fun and meditative activity.
